Shipping

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All prices include the statutory VAT, since October 2022 it is the VAT valid in the respective destination country, as we then have to invoice according to the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) procedure.

The shipping costs incurred are displayed during the ordering process. You will then receive an order confirmation from us.

Deliveries are possible to the countries listed below as standard. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.

Shipping via DHL, Deutsche Post or UPS – DHL shipping with GoGreen

As a matter of principle, we only ship insured and with shipment tracking. And since we are not as big as Amazon, we do not get particularly favourable shipping conditions from our shipping service providers. Nevertheless we offer you a Free delivery within Germany from an order value of 120,- €*.

*Exceptions to this rule are parcels weighing 25 kg or more. Unfortunately, our conditions with the shipping service providers for such heavy parcels are not so good, so that we can no longer send them free of shipping costs for economic reasons.

International shipments weighing up to 1 kg are sent by Deutsche Post as international parcel post with shipment tracking (provided that the packaging dimensions comply with the restricted parcel dimensions of Deutsche Post, e.g. maximum height 10 cm…). With this cost-effective solution, shipping may unfortunately take a little longer than with a DHL parcel. If you would like to have your parcel sent faster, please contact us. We can of course also send your order (international shipping up to 1 kg) as a DHL parcel for an additional charge (for the respective parcel price).

If you order several bags of aquarium sand weighing 25 kg each, each bag will be charged at an additional €19 (within Germany). If you need a larger quantity, we can send it by a forwarding agent. Please ask us for a shipping quote in advance using the contact form or e-mail.

If items of different shipping classes are combined, the higher/heavier one will be charged.

**Customs: Customers from all countries outside the European Union should note that country-specific customs duties may still be charged on orders. Please inform yourself about the expected customs duties at your responsible main customs office.

UPS parcels are insured up to 510,- € and DHL parcels up to 500,- € value of goods per parcel.

It is also possible to pick up the goods on site, in which case the shipping costs will of course be waived. Should you wish to collect your goods personally, please make an appointment in advance.
