Description

Sea almond tree bark sheets for aquarium

Like sea almond tree leaves, sea almond tree bark can be used to treat bacterial and fungal disease symptoms such as fin rot and mucous membrane problems as well as to prevent spawning mould.

The bark can be offered to L-catfish as an additional source of wood to grate.

It has a very decorative effect in the aquarium and contributes to a near-natural design. Bark slabs can be used in combination with caves for stacking or as shade for the entrances, for building shelters or simply as a rasp offer with the positive effect on the water quality known for sea almond tree.

You have a choice of different plate sizes and formats here.
Due to the very different shapes of the slabs, we found it more useful to categorise them by approximate size than by weight. This means that plates of approximately the same size can be of different weights due to their thickness, but take up the same amount of space in the tank. As a rule, you look at the size of what you want to store rather than the weight.

Depending on their own weight, the plates sink immediately or after a short time. It is well known that sea almond tree stains, and these bark plates naturally stain quite a bit due to their size and thickness :-). They are therefore an ideal design element for all black water fans.

If the colour is too dark for you, you should water the plates outside the aquarium beforehand.
