FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I choose items on site?

Basically yes and with pleasure :-)

However, we do not have a "real" shop, but rather a kind of warehouse sale without fixed opening hours.

Therefore, please make an appointment by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or classic SMS. We are almost always there, but not ALWAYS.

If you let us know in advance, we can make much more time for you than if you just happen to catch us by chance.

No, all items from our manufactory are coloured throughout. Either the clay is already mixed in colour by the manufacturer of the ceramic bodies (colours "Supernova", "Surprise" or "Vintage"), or we mix and knead it ourselves, e.g. from the basic colours white, black and terracotta red.

Even if a piece of clay breaks off due to clumsiness, no other colour will be visible at the point of breakage. More importantly, no colour can come off because no colour is painted on... ;-)

Theoretically yes, but in practice rather rarely, because our catfish breeding is so specialised that we don't have the quantities that would make one of the live animal transport services affordable for us. We therefore only send them on request via one of our friendly ornamental fish dealers in the neighbourhood.
